Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using boven.ai (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Boven provides AI-powered Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) audits. The Service analyses websites and digital content, then generates recommendations to improve visibility in AI-powered search engines and traditional search results. Audit outputs are informational and do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or technical advice.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@boven.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free Tier

We offer a free tier limited to one (1) audit per email address. Free-tier audits are subject to usage limits and may have reduced functionality compared to paid plans. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining period unless required by applicable law. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit URLs or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or underlying data.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the Service without our written consent.
• Abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts to circumvent audit limits.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by or licensed to Boven and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit results will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boven and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
